Enjoy a unique holiday within the Tibetan community in Dharamsala, the Indian hometown of the Dalai Lama. Our Yoga packages will include 5 mornings of rejuvenating yoga classes in the Sharat Aroras Iyengar Yoga method and is suitable for anyone with a desire to nourish their body and mind.
Our art packages will give you a practical and fun introduction into the mysteries of Tibetan Thangka paintings. Both packages will be blended with a deep immersion into the surrounding Tibetan culture and stunning Himalayan landscape.

We make sure that you feel safe and comfortable and help you discover leisurely all nooks, crannies and untold stories of our mesmerizing hillside town.
You will leave us with basic and practical knowledge of Sharat Arora’s Yoga method or Tibetan Thangka painting, which you can apply and explore further independently.
And you will return home with a grounded appreciation of the Tibetan culture, their lived spirituality and their unique circumstances within their exiled homes.
Meet your hosts
Karma is an artist, activist, guide, nature lover and explorer who grew up within the local Tibetan exile community. Mona – his German wife, has traveled the world and settled in Dharamsala 18 years ago. She is a social entrepreneur, designer, dreamer and devoted Yoga practitioner.
Together they bring up 2 beautiful daughters, share their love for India and adventure and present you with a unique blend of Western, Tibetan and Indian understanding.
